CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?
We apologize that you received a damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to service@gamestylechanger.com with your order information. We will evaluate the issue, and if we agree that the problem is on our part, we will send you a new product for free.
Please note that any damaged items after 30 days of delivery cannot be returned or refunded. Unsuitable products due to incorrect size selection or not contacting us to modify the information before the package sent cannot be considered as a product quality problem and are the responsibility of the customer.
We can provide free size exchange service, but customers need to pay the shipping cost for sending the original product back. 4. CAN I CANCEL/MAKE CHANGES TO THE ORDER I JUST PLACED?

MY PACKAGE IS SHOWING AS DELIVERED, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
First double-check the area where the carrier would have left it. Ask neighbors too in case the package was dropped at the wrong door. Also, look for any "attempted delivery" notices, which means the carrier tried to deliver it, but no one was home. If you still don't see anything, wait until the end of the next day, because some carriers' electronic systems may show the package as delivered, even when it's still on the way. Still no luck? Production Cycle: We are a custom manufacturing facility. Once you place an order, we begin producing your items immediately—a dedicated manufacturer that customizes even single-item orders.
Production takes 3-5 days. Shipping duration varies by distance: 5-10 days.
Fastest: 8-10 days for delivery.
Slowest: 10-15 days for delivery.
If customs clearance delays extend shipping time, delivery may take 15-20 days. For significant customs delays, we will email you before shipment. If no response is received, we will issue a refund.

Return & Exchange
- When returning any part of your order, please email to our Customer Service at Service@gamestylechanger.com first, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- Our Customer Service team will reply with solutions and return instructions in 1-2 business days. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
- Drop off your package at the local post office.After getting the tracking number, send it to our customer service mailbox so that we can distinguish the order, otherwise it will not be accepted
- If your return request is accepted, most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your original method of payment. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
